Warby Parker opens first Canadian freestanding store

New York City-based eyewear retailer Warby Parker is opening its first Canadian boutique this Saturday, August 6.
The new freestanding store will open in Toronto, Ontario at 684 Queen Street West and will be approximately 1,048-square-feet.
The new Canadian retail location is expected to be the first of many.
To celebrate the store opening, Warby Parker is also launching an exclusive set of frames for Canadian customers that can be purchased in store and online: the "Durand" in Moss and the "Chamberlain" in Jet Black. The frames are available both as sunglasses and optical.
Warby Parker was founded in 2010. They first launched their e-commerce site in Canada in 2012. They currently have about 30 retail locations across the United States.
