Willow Smith fronts Lagerfeld's Chanel eyewear campaign

Announced as an ambassador for the Karl Lagerfeld fashion empire in March, Willow Smith is now the face of Chanel's Fall-Winter 2016/17 Ready to Wear and Eyewear collections.

Launching this month with Lagerfeld behind the camera, the collection sees Willow Smith go from ambassador and general Chanel fashion endorser to campaign model.

Jewelry and accessories were also supplied by Chanel, the fashion house describing her as "the embodiment of her generation's spirit" with "characteristic natural poise," whose "look and charisma are compelling in this black and white campaign."

Lily-Rose Depp fronted the Chanel eyewear collection this time last year.
