Women's shoe brand Naturalizer to open flagships in Chicago and New York City
Women's shoe brand Naturalizer will open two new flagship stores in Chicago and New York City. The stores, located on State Street in Chicago and 34th Street in New York City, will open in early February.
Each location will feature try-on areas as well as a pop-in shop experience, the N Shop, that will showcase a range of accessories and beauty products from the brand's female-led business partners.
In addition, the brand will use the store openings to debut 27 Edit, Naturalizer’s newest line of footwear inspired by is heritage since its beginnings in 1927, as well as a new line of branded handbags and small leather goods. The collections will be sold exclusively at Naturalizer flagship locations and select retailers.
“[The new flagship stores] draw inspiration from our beginnings and have been carefully cultivated to reflect our heritage with modern twists, and in doing so, drive deeper engagement with Millennials and Gen Xers, our fastest-growing consumer segments," said Jay Schmidt, division president of Caleres, Naturalizer's parent company, in a release.
Caleres, a multi-brand American footwear company, counts Diane von Furstenberg, Dr. Scholl's and Franco Sarto among its other labels.
