Yogasmoga invests in wearable technology company Wearsafe Labs

Yoga-inspired athletic apparel brand Yogasmoga announced that it has invested in Wearsafe Labs, a developer of mobile and wearable safety products. One of Wearsafe’s primary products is the Wearsafe Tag, a quarter-sized discrete clip on device that sends a distress call to selected contacts via a Bluetooth connection with the user’s mobile phone.

 
Yogasmoga plans to incorporate this added level of security in select apparel. "Yogasmoga has been dedicated from day one to help our customers best prepare and deal with life's on-the-go demands," said Rishi Bali, CEO, Yogasmoga. "In Wearsafe, we see very similar values in terms of bringing individuals more confidence, performance and technologically advanced solutions to make their lives better.”
