Yoox Net-A-Porter: Eva Chen and Vittorio Radice join board of directors

Yoox Net-A-Porter (YNAP) adds to its team with the appointment of two new independent board members. The board of directors now consists of 11 members, 7 of them independent.

Joining the YNAP group are Eva Chen, Global Head of Fashion Partnerships for Instagram (Facebook) and Vittorio Radice, Vice-President of the La Rinascente department stores.

A press release issued by the group, created by the merger between Yoox and Net-A-Porter, stated that Chen will contribute her experience of over 10 years in publishing and fashion, while Radice, also a highly experienced professional, will contribute his vision of the fashion and luxury goods distribution industry.
