According to the Costa Mesa, California-based company, its new foundation, which launched on Thursday, will support public charities working with social, environmental and educational issues in the United States.

In celebration of the foundation’s launch, Z Supply said that it would allocate 100% of sales made on its ZSupply.com e-commerce site on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday to Z Supply Foundation scholarships.

The company’s goal is to raise $300,000 in funds in order to provide specially tailored scholarships to fashion design, art and marketing students at select U.S. colleges and universities. According to Z Supply, the names of the schools covered by the initiative will be announced soon.

“We are so grateful for our continued success, but with success comes great responsibility – we’re all in this together,” said Z Supply president Mandy Fry in a release. “We wanted our first initiative to give students of fashion design, art, and marketing the support they need in their fields of study. As a brand, we feel we have a responsibility to help inspire the next generation of creatives, and we look forward to giving all our customers the opportunity to support these students’ college education alongside us.”

Over the course of the year, the organizations supported by the Z Supply Foundation will rotate. The decision as to which organizations will receive support will be made by the foundation’s board of directors.
