Zumiez still on the up

For its third quarter closed 1st November, American group Zumiez has posted a sales figure that is up 11.6 % at 213.3 million dollars.

In comparison, sales by the retail chain specialised in lifestyle and board sports clothing, materials and accessories, bought in 2012 by Austrian Blue Tomato, saw a 3.7% growth 

The group's net income stands at 15.7 million dollars, up 32.6% compared to the same period last year.  

For the first nine months of its financial year, the Zumiez group's sales amount to 558 million dollars, up 11.2% compared to the first nine months of the previous financial year.

In comparison, the increase amounts to 3%, while the net income stands at 26 million, up 34.5%.
