Adolfo Dominguez names Costas Antimissaris as new CEO

Adolfo Dominguez’s general meeting of shareholders has approved the appointment of Costas Antimissaris as new CEO of the Spanish brand.

Antimissaris served as International Director for Marks & Spencer until June this year and his background includes several senior management roles at Inditex companies including Zara and Uterqüe.

At Adolfo Dominguez, he will focus on initiatives to improve the financial performance by working closely with new independent directors, Luis Caramés, Fuencisla Clemares and Juan Antonio Chaparro.

In a press release, Antimissaris thanked the board for his appointment and the support of shareholders.

“I hope that together with the excellent people who make up this company we can move progressively towards improving the financial results and consolidating Adolfo Dominguez as one of the leading companies in the world,” he said.
