Aerie announces Iskra Lawrence as newest star in Role Model campaign
Intimates and swimwear brand Aerie just announced model Iskra Lawrence as its newest star in their #AerieReal campaign. Initiated in 2014, the campaign features untouched photographs of women in their advertisements in support of body acceptance and self-confidence.
Lawrence, born in the United Kingdom, is an advocate of the National Eating Disorder Association and champion for body positivity and feeling comfortable in one’s own skin. The Aerie campaign runs from February 28 through March 20, during which Lawrence will tour via pop-up truck and store to U.S. college campuses and Aerie stores. Lawrence joins #AerieReal alums Barbie Ferriera, Eli Almeida and Ally Walsh.
