Aimé Leon Dore opened a special concept pop up shop in New York City on Friday, the second pop up the brand has opened. The temporary store on 179 Mott Street houses a photo exhibit in addition to exclusive apparel and footwear.
The pop up space features a new minimalist exhibit named “Class of…” that includes photographs from New York City photographer Andrew Jacobs. Aimé Leon Dore included the exhibit to give customers a look at what inspires the brand like New York City in the 90s. The exhibit is complimented by exclusive apparel and footwear including Aimé satin team jackets, “Class of…” exhibit photo t-shirts, basketball graphic hoodies, wool blocked track jackets, moleskin pants and logo windbreakers.
In addition, the pop up will hold special activations and weekly apparel and footwear launches.
Aimé Leon Dore opened its first pop up shop in 2014 at 179 Mott Street. Shortly after the weekend pop up closed, the brand landed at Kith offering collaboration collections with the retailer.
The special concept pop up will remain open through December 23, 2016.
