Alexander Wang President Rodrigo Bazan steps down

Rodrigo Bazan, the President of Alexander Wang, has stepped down from the company according to the American media. Bazan joined the company in October 2010.

The Argentinian-born President was personally selected by Wang to hold the position. As President, Bazan oversaw the merchandising, marketing and sales strategies for Alexander Wang, as well as the company’s retail expansion including its first flagship store in Beijing and 25 other stores around the world.
Bazan joined Alexander Wang after serving as Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East and India for Marc Jacobs. He also worked at Alexander McQueen as Chief Financial Officer and later General Manager.
Alexander Wang will announce Bazan’s successor in the coming months.
