Bearpaw appoints new CFO and Marketing Director
Footwear brand Bearpaw has appointed Jason J. Martini as its new Chief Financial Officer and Edna De Pamphilis as its new Marketing Director. Martini will oversee manufacturing, planning and financial development for the company domestically and internationally. De Pamphilis will lead the label’s marketing and strengthen brand identity.
Martini joins Bearpaw after working at VF for ten years. At VF, he held several positions with JanSport including Controller, Director of FP&A, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to VF, he worked at Unilever Ice Cream, General Mills, and W.W. Grainger, Inc.
Edna De Pamphilis has extensive experience in marketing and sales. She worked as the Director of Marketing & Communications at GolfBuddy, as well as the Marketing Services Manager at Brown Shoe Company.
Tom Romeo founded the Bearpaw brand in 2001 with the intention of redefining casual footwear by creating comfortable, stylish and fashion forward footwear. Bearpaw is available at Nordstrom, Macy's, Famous Footwear and Lady's Footlocker.
