Announced last October, the fashion collaboration between Zayn Malik and Donatella Versace -- the Zayn x Versus collection -- arrives in stores and online Monday, June 19. While some may have expected the singer's girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, to front the campaign, it is her sister Bella who stars as the collection muse.

The most in-demand model of the moment, Bella Hadid -- Gigi's younger sister -- has been signed up to front the first campaign for the "Zayn x Versus" collection. The British singer also stars in the campaign, showcasing the most emblematic menswear looks.

Shot by photographer Greg Harris, the campaign takes the form of collages and features Polaroid-style images. The first pictures released show Bella Hadid and Zayn Malik posing in individual shots against a raw, minimalist backdrop.

The "Zayn x Versus" collaboration is directly inspired by Zayn Malik's personal style, with streetwear codes and functional details, all with strong activewear influences. The collection notably includes zip-up bomber jackets for men and women, an oversized parka, track pants, a T-shirt dress, a slip dress, technical sweaters and technical sports leggings in piqué cotton.

Several pieces in the collection feature the letters "ZXV," while others are adorned with patches that look as if they're sewn on by hand. Lace-up details are also seen on skinny jeans, skirts and more. As well as clothing, the collection's sporty theme is channeled through accessories, including backpacks and sports bags with Versus patches.

"When I was a kid growing up in Bradford, England, wearing knock-off Versace, I never thought that one day I would actually be designing my own collection," said Zayn Malik in a statement. "Thanks so much to Donatella Versace for allowing me to do the coolest thing ever."

The collection goes on sale Monday, June 19, in Versus stores and online in the brand's e-store.
