The bespoke men's shoemaker has announced a summer capsule collection of men's essentials for days at the beach. Berluti's line of "beach essentials" is due on sale from May 2016.

Berluti's summer footwear is accompanied by another must-have beach accessory, a bat & ball set. This has been designed in collaboration with Beach Access, a French firm specializing in luxury beach goods. Also handmade, the paddles are crafted from several types of wood (sycamore heartwood and angouma) and their handles are adorned with Venezia leather grips. The sets are available in two colors, Rosso or Blu, and include a ball made from natural rubber and leather (€420 or approx. $475).

The collection also includes a bathing suit made from a high-resistance, waterproof material (available in three colors), and a beach bag made from cotton and linen with a grained leather trim. The bathing suit is priced at €320 (approx. $362) and the bag at €950 (approx. $1,074).

The espadrilles are scheduled to land in April with the rest of the collection due in stores from May.
