Bombers Original is looking to expand internationally
A year ago, the first products by Bombers Original, a brand relaunched in France by entrepreneur Zhu Ming, reached about thirty stores. Now the brand is distributed in 200 stores worldwide. At Paris' Who's Next trade show, Bombers showcased an enhanced collection.
For the Autumn-Winter 2016/17, Bombers has presented four lines. First, a collection of nylon-made, basic items for men and women, in which, compared to its inception, Bombers worked on pricing, offering a starting price of €129.
Then there is a more creative premium line, designed around a short collection targeted to the more directional stores. In addition, Bombers created twin-material solutions with wool fabric. Finally, it reinterpreted the bomber jacket design to create a blazer, a trench coat and a parka.
With this range, the brand intends to expand on the export market. It is already working with an agent in Benelux, a distributor in Spain and it is present on the Japanese and South Korean markets, as well as having found a distributor for Italy.
To pursue its expansion ambitions, Bombers Original will exhibit at the Magic trade show in Las Vegas, from 16th to 18th February.
