By Malene Birger unveils its new architectural concept
By Malene Birger has a new concept store model in Copenhagen. The high-end women's fashion label has unveiled a new architectural design in its home town. Completely renovating its concept store and infusing it with a different energy was the task given to Dimore Studio, for which this was its first foray into fashion.
"A modern style with a touch of vintage", according to Christina Exsteen, the artistic director of By Malene Birger. It was the elegance and cosy ambiance of the spaces created it has created in hotels that led the high-brand brand to choose this particular design firm.
Located on Rue Antonigade in Copenhagen, the 3,000 ft² space thus boasts changes in its architectural style, such as the lights and staircase. Also, noble materials like brushed metal and leather have been used in combination with tiling and curvy lines. It is the first of thirty By Malene Birger stores in the world to be made over in this style.
