Carhartt WIP and Retrosuperfuture unveil 4th collaboration

Retrosuperfuture and Carhartt Work in Progress have unveiled their Carhartt WIP by Retrosuperfuture FW15 eyewear collection, the fourth collaboration by the two companies.

 
The stylish and functional eyewear combine Carhartt’s utilitarian aesthetic with Retrosuperfuture’s luxurious Italian design. This season, the brands have reinterpreted styles from the past, such as the Stokely Metallic, a collection staple piece, and the Farwell Matte, which was introduced in the SS15 season.

The collection also introduces a new eyewear silhouette, the Dickinson Matte. The Stokely Metallic is a classic, elegant design available in grey, dark brown and rich burgundy; the Farwell Matte is a masculine 1950s shape with modern lines available in slightly transparent acetates in grey, blue and burgundy; and the new Dickinson Matte is a fusion of classic 1950s aesthetic with a contemporary bold touch available in black, Havana and red. Each pair is fitted with Carl Zeiss lenses in various color options.

The Carhartt WIP by Retrosuperfuture collection is handmade in Italy alongside all Retrosuperfuture eyewear.
