Columbia Sportswear appoints new Chief Human Resources Officer

In the coming months Richelle Luther will be the linchpin of Columbia Sportswear's recruitment strategy.

Luther, who since 2008 was Deputy General Counsel for the US sport brands group, was recently promoted to the post of Senior Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In her role, Luther will supervise the infusion of new talent within the brands belonging to the group:Columbia, Sorel, Mountain Hardwear, Prana, Montrail and Outdry. It's a challenge of crucial importance for a group which is showing positive growth according to the latest financial indicators.
