Givenchy ad campaign features Carine Roitfeld

Riccardo Tisci is keeping it in the family with the new Givenchy ad campaign, which includes Carine Roitfeld, sans surprise. Longtime collaborator to Givenchy’s creative director, the former editor of Vogue France has taken on both the role of stylist and face of the fall-winter season. She posed next to her daughter, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, for photographers Mert & Marcus.

Riccardo Tisci says the 58-year old mother and her 32-year-old daughter represent “true love.” The campaign’s other faces are actresses Amanda Seyfried and Quim Gutierrez and models Dalianah Arekion and Mariano Ontanon. Currently “global fashion director” of U.S. Harper's Bazaar, Carine Roitfeld has already posed for MAC cosmetics and their joint capsule collection.
