Glossier hosts pop-up shop in Toronto

Just weeks after launching international shipping to Canada, beauty brand Glossier is hosting a pop-up in Toronto.
 
The first-ever Canadian pop-up shop opened on Friday at 1056 Queen Street West in Toronto and will run until Thursday, September 14.
 

Besides giving Canadian customers a physical location to shop Glossier products, the popular skincare and cosmetics company also hosted a movie screening of Somewhere, directed by Sofia Coppola (coinciding with the Toronto International Film Festival), while founder and CEO Emily Weiss made an appearance for fans to meet.
 
Glossier has picked up a cult following since launching in 2010 and Canadian customers were thrilled to be included in the launch of international shipping last month.

Still, Canadian shoppers in the province of Quebec will still have to wait to receive their products. The international launch of Canadian shipping did not include the province, presumably because their website is not available in French.
 
The pop-up is running daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
