Golf Europe leaves Munich for Augsbourg

Golf Europe is changing hands. The trade show devoted to golf merchandise has just been purchased by Messe Augsburg. Until now it has been organized by Messe München, the company behind Ispo. This change comes after news that the 2011 show has been canceled. Messe Augsburg, with the support of the German association of golf professionals, will host Golf Europe 2012. The dates, which were to be announced at the end of August, will now fall in September. Golf Europe will be held from September 16 to 18 in Augsburg, a town located about an hour from Munich.

This is the second trade show that Messe München has passed on to Messe Augsburg. At the start of the year, Messe Augsburg had obtained Jagen und Fischen, an event dedicated to the world of hunting and fishing, which is to be held from January 19 to 22.
