Guess appoints chief financial director

American denim-wear brand Guess has named Sandeep Reddy as its new chief financial officer. He takes over from Nigel Kershaw who was heading the role in the interim since the departure of Dennis Seccor in November 2012. Kershaw will leave the company on July 31st.

Reddy previously held the role of CFO at Guess Europe since 2010. Prior to that, Reddy held senior financial roles for Mattel Inc. for 13 years in Europe and USA. In this position, Mr. Reddy will report to Paul Marciano, CEO and co-founder of Guess.
