Gwyneth Paltrow to launch Goop's first Health Summit

Fans of Gwyneth Paltrow’s health and wellness website Goop will now be able to experience the famed actress and lifestyle guru’s living tips in person. Goop will be holding its first In Goop Health Conference in Los Angeles on June 10, which will include a full day of high-end wellness treatment and celebrity appearances.

 
Goop has made a name for itself promoting high-end, natural health tips, and the Goop conference will be no exception. On the itinerary are therapeutic workouts, sound baths and crystal healing. Guests will be able to participate in flower remedy sessions or try out a trendy IV drip. Among the celebrities attending will be Lena Dunham, Nicole Richie and Cameron Diaz, as well as health gurus like Dr. Alejandro Junger.
 
The conference marks another foray into new projects for Goop, which launched in 2008. The website known for its often expensive product recommendations has started branding its own line of skincare and fragrance. In another big shift for the brand, Net-a-Porter recently announced it will start selling the Goop line later this month, marking the first time Goop has sold its product outside of its own site. Paltrow has also had a successful career as a cookbook author, with recipes following Goop’s philosophy of clean living.  

Tickets to the Goop Los Angeles conference start at $500. The most basic “Lapis” package includes access to health and wellness panels. But dedicated fans of Goop can pay $1,500 for the “Clear Quartz” package, which includes lunch with Paltrow herself.
