IFF completes purchase of Lucas Meyer Cosmetics

International Flavors & Fragrances on Friday announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Lucas Meyer Cosmetics, a business of Unipex Group. The deal is reported to be worth €283m, says CosmeticsDesign.com.

Quebec City-based Lucas Meyer Cosmetics develops, manufactures and markets innovative ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industries. The acquisition will give the IFF a better position in the industry.
