K-Swiss restructures leadership

K-Swiss Global Brands (KSGB) announced on Wednesday many changes to its leadership team. Effective immediately, KSGB Chairman Truman Kim is the company's Chairman & CEO. Kim replaces Larry Remington, KSGB President and CEO for the past two years, who has retired from the company.

In addition, Barney Waters has been named the Brand President of K-Swiss. Waters previously served as CMO of KSGB where he built brand and marketing strategies for all K-Swiss brands. As Brand President, he will focus on all aspects of the K-Swiss brand specifically.
KSBG is a division of E-Land Group serving as E-Land's base of operations in the Americas and EMEA. Established in 1980 in Korea, E-Land Group is a $10 billion group of companies with over 200 brands, including K-Swiss, Palladium, PLDM, OTZ Shoes, Supra and KR3W Denim.
