Lacoste: departure of the Executive VP of Marketing

A new development on the management at Lacoste. The Maus Frères group, owners of the brand with the crocodile, last week announced a change in their CEO. To everyone's surprise, José-Luis Duran is leaving the brand and Thierry Guibert, former CEO of Conforama, is taking his place.

This week, media specialist Stratégies has announced that Berta de Pablos-Barnier, who joined Lacoste in 2012, will also be leaving the brand.

According to Lacoste, the vice president in charge of marketing had already announced her decision in December. She arrived at Lacoste in 2012, from Boucheron, and is now returning to Mars Incorporated. She worked her way up at the group between 2005 and 2007.

For the moment, Lacoste has said that no changes are planned within its management teams.
