Levi’s and MLB kick off 2016 baseball season with capsule collection

Levi’s and Major League Baseball have announced a capsule collection to kick off the 2016 season.

Baseball fans can rep their favorite teams with this new outerwear collection that features team names on the back and logos on the left chest. The collection consists of denim trucker jackets, club coats and crewnecks featuring baseball-inspired details like leather patches, team embroidery and prints. Each style has been made exclusively for the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants.
 
Levi’s has produced sports-inspired collections on different occasions. The San Francisco-based company launched a limited edition Super Bowl 50 collection this year and launched an NFL-themed apparel collection for the San Francisco 49ers before expanding to six additional teams, including the New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, New York Giants and New York Jets.
