Mavi names Steven Sertner VP of Sales

Mavi announced on Thursday the appointment of Steven Sertner as Vice President of Sales, North America.

Sertner heads to Mavi from OneStepUp Ltd. where he served as VP of Sales at C&C Sport. He also worked with brands Buffalo Jeans, Dollhouse and Silver Jeans in regional sales roles.

As VP of Sales, North America at Mavi, Sertner will oversee department store and specialty store sales in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest US. He will also be based in New York and will report to Mavi SVP of Sales Ardie Ulukaya.

The Turkish denim brand this year launched its Indigo Move collection designed by Adriano Goldschmied. The athleisure collection is inspired by comfort and the active lifestyle and is comprised of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear that pull cues from the brand’s classic mid-rise super skinny jean.
