Cosmetics brand Max Factor has named internationally renowned makeup artist Wendy Rowe, as its new global makeup artist and creative director.

Rowe wrote on Instagram: "I'm so excited to tell you my latest news... I'm the new Global Makeup Artist and Creative Director for @maxfactor - I can't wait to share with you all the things we develop - This is going to be MAJOR!"

Known for its many makeup must-haves, Max Factor takes a new direction as the brand seeks to revamp current ranges, by appointing Wendy Rowe as its new global makeup artist and creative director -- a shrewd choice, since the makeup artist is renowned the world over.

As well as helping Max Factor to develop new products to meet modern consumer needs, Wendy Rowe will represent the brand globally and produce content for the brand.

Wendy Rowe has worked with a host of celebrities, from Victoria Beckham to Sienna Miller and Cara Delevingne. The makeup artist, who is also a creative consultant for Burberry Beauty, is also a backstage regular at fashion week events.
