New York based shoe designer Paul Andrew recently met with celebrity stylists in LA to show his fall footwear collection.

British born Andrew showed “just a small selection” of women’s and men’s shoes in one-on-one appointments for his celebrity clientele who are fans of his industrial memory foam lined shoes that have revolutionized the red carpet.
The fall line is inspired by a design trip to Istanbul, with its architecture and history influencing shoe designs in the form of metal cages, Ottoman Empire era intricacy, silks, leathers and a rich color pallet.
The designer has said, "I believe in a new kind of luxury for shoes, where chic and elegance have equal power to form and function."
His men’s collection embraced the Byzantine culture with his take on tapestried wingtips, lace ups and sneakers. “If I was going to take the time to do it, I wanted to go all the way,” said Andrew.
Andrew’s experience in men’s shoe design includes designing for McQueen and Calvin Klein. The US launch of his signature fall footwear will be in partnership with Barney’s New York.
