Part of a strategic plan to offer a diverse portfolio of merchandise that caters to a variety of age groups, Perry Ellis International has announced that it will be enhancing its licensing agreement with ACI International (a 40-year old manufacturer, distributor and marketer of footwear for men, women and children) by expanding its men’s and boy’s casual footwear offerings to include flip flops and slippers.

"The new Perry Ellis trademarked products will be sold in department stores throughout the U.S. and Canada starting in the spring of 2018. We currently have a license agreement with ACI International for Perry Ellis men's and boy's dress, casual and sport footwear categories. This new license rounds out the total footwear business," said George Feldenkreis, Executive Chairman of Perry Ellis International, in a release.

The world-renowned brand also licenses trademarks from third parties such as Nike and PGA TOUR.

Perry Ellis has also entered recent licensing agreements with i-deal Optics Holding for the Rafaella brand and Chilean company Comercial ECCSA S.A. Ripley Corp. for the Gotcha brand.
