Reiss opens Madison Avenue store, sets dates for future stores

Published
Jun 24, 2016

British fashion brand Reiss this week opened a new store on Madison Avenue in New York City.

The Reiss Madison Avenue store

The 520 Madison Avenue store stands at 4,698 square feet and features a bespoke architectural concept with glass entrance doors, four large installation screens, and luxurious materials like marble, shaved granite and steel. The interior store design reflects the brand’s current “modern luxury” store concept that mixes craftsmanship with high-concept architecture and bespoke material. Every detail in store pays homage to the brand’s tailoring roots and ethos.

“North America is a key market for us and we are delighted to be further expanding our presence,” said Reiss Chairman and CEO David Reiss.

The Madison Avenue store follows the opening of Reiss’ Sherway Gardens store in Toronto that opened in May, as well as recent store debuts in Australia and France. The British company will open two additional stores this year at Westfield World Trade Center on August 16 and Brickell City Centre in Miami this November.

The new store joins three additional New York City standalone stores located in the West Village, Upper West Side and SoHo.
