Replay: Aldo Palmeri new Executive Director
Fashion Box Ltd., owner of the Replay, Replay & Sons and We Are Replay brands, announced that Aldo Palmeri has joined the group's board of directors. Palmeri has held top management posts in companies such as Benetton, Banca d’Italia, City Bank, Roland Berger and Italian food giant Ferrero.
Palmeri will act as Executive Director in charge of administration, finance and controlling, human resources, operations and services.
Matteo Sinigaglia, the CEO of Fashion Box Ltd., has stated: "Aldo Palmeri's joining our board, which follows closely the acquisition of a 29% stake in Fashion Box Ltd. by Belle International Holding Ltd., is designed to help us face the organisational challenges involved in the global relaunch of the Replay brand and the entire Fashion Box group with greater cognizance."
Fashion Box Ltd. was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Asolo, near Treviso (Italy). The group operates internationally, creating and distributing casual wear, accessories and footwear for men, women and children. Its brands are Replay, Replay & Sons and We Are Replay.
Fashion Box is currently active on all European markets and in the Middle East, Asia, America and Africa, with a presence in over 50 countries. Its wholesale network serves 3,000 retail outlets and about 200 directly owned stores. The group's exports generate 87% of its revenue.
