Roland Mouret announced on Tuesday the opening of its new New York flagship store, located at 1006 Madison Avenue.
The French designer has moved its original New York flagship from its previous location to embrace a townhouse style retail concept. The concept was inspired by Mouret’s current retail location in the United Kingdom.

Inspired by the architect Le Corbusier, the 180-square-foot retail space combines a rough aesthetic with a 1970s Parisian-chic atmosphere. Besides clothes, customers can also find Mouret’s art collection and porcelain sculptures spread out over several floors including the basement.
To mark the opening of the new flagship, Mouret is also launching a special limited edition jumpsuit in burgundy that will be sold exclusively at the flagship New York store.
“The Unites States was my first market and it's a country that I will always love,” says Mouret in a news statement. “The Americans warm and open spirits makes me feel at home even when I’m far from home, and I’m so excited to welcome them into my new house. I hope they will feel like they are at home as well.”
