Simon announces new retailers opening at Dadeland Mall

Simon Property Group announced that American Eagle Outfitters, Lucky Brand Jeans, Kipling and Melissa Shoes will open retail locations this fall at Dadeland Mall in Miami.

 
Lucky Brand Jeans and Melissa Shoes will be the first two brands to open in the mall in October. The Lucky Brand store will be 2,552 square-feet and Melissa Shoes will be 1,203 square-feet. American Eagle and Kipling will open up shop at the mall in November and will be 5,335 square-feet and 1,203 square feet respectively.

The four brands will join a number of retailers at Dadeland Mall including Macy’s—the largest in Florida—, Saks Fifth Avenue, JC Penney and Nordstrom. The mall recently underwent renovations, adding a 102,000 square-foot retail space and a Fashion Wing.
