Simon Property, the real estate ownership company, and Refinery29, the fashion media site, have introduced its new Style Festival concept that will be at Simon Malls this summer. Style Festival will be music-themed shopping events for customers who will take part in the summer music festivals in the US.

Six Simon Malls, Brea Mall in Brea, CA, Dadeland Mall in Miami, The Domain in Austin, King of Prussia, The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, and Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA, will serve as venues for music and sharing trends. Festival lovers will get styled in braids, flash tattoos, DIY band t-shirts, and get to see the season’s trends in festival attire.
Artists Ms. Mr, Twin Shadow, Austra, and Cults are set to appear to Brea Mall, Dadeland Mall, King of Prussia, and Burlington Mall. Customers can take part in the activity with the hashtags, #R29STYLEFESTIVAL and #FOUNDATSIMON.
Simon and Refinery29 first teamed up last year for the “Shopping Block” concept, the pop up fashion marketplace that went to Simon’s Woodbury Common, King of Prussia Mall, South Shore Plaza, Dadeland Mall, Houston Premium Outlets and Brea Mall. Simon also collaborated with GQ and Glamour for a “Lookbook Live” concept that encouraged customers to take and share photos of themselves in the clothing they’d purchased at Simon Malls.
