From Forever 21 to Fabletics to Lucy, more and more retailers are offering plus-size activewear collections. Target is the latest mass retailer to jump on this trend with its new line of size-inclusive active wear, JoyLab, slated to launch in stores and online the first week of October.
The collection is available in sizes XS-4X and is designed to meet the needs of various activities ranging from yoga to boot camp while looking stylish enough to fit into the growing athleisure trend.
“By combining street style details with the technology of a true performance-wear line, we created a one-of-a-kind brand that encompasses everything from sports bras to bottoms to bodysuits to bags,” the company stated via release.
Target posted a lookbook of the collection on its corporate site which showcases women of all shapes and sizes wearing various styles ranging from bra tops to more conservative tees and jackets in a variety of solid and bold, colored prints.
The collection will retail in-store and online from October 1. Prices range from $14.99 to $44.99.
