The Body Shop appoints global make up artist Lisa Houghton

The Body Shop International announced on Wednesday the appointment of British makeup artist Lisa Houghton as the brand’s Global Makeup Artist. 
 
In this position, Houghton will work with The Body Shop on product development, trends, creating seasonal looks – tutorial videos and digital content creations.

 
Houghton’s work has appeared in publications such as Vogue, W Magazine, Harper's Bazaar and more. She has worked with celebrities like Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lawrence, Scarlett Johansson, Sienna Miller as well as with acclaimed photographers and designers.
 
"I feel so excited about working with The Body Shop. I love that the products have been produced with a 100% vegetarian formula without compromising the quality or colour pigments - quite an achievement,” Houghton says in a news statement.

Houghton is also an internet sensation, with over 20 thousand followers on Instagram.
 
The Body Shop was founded in 1976 in Brighton, England, and has since been acquired by L'Oréal. The Body Shop has more than 3,000 stores in more than 60 countries.
