The Hill-Side opens first flagship location

New York City-based menswear brand, The Hill-Side has opened its first ever flagship store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The Hill-Side partnered with Brooklyn-based design agency, Studio Tack, to design the flagship location. The store features custom welded steel fixtures, custom Valchromat furniture, a neon sign of the brand’s rancher logo, a natural indigo dyed “noren” with the brand’s “the” logo at the entrance and a New York City subway-inspired mosaic on the ground at the entrance.
In addition to carrying The Hill-Side’s FW15 collection, the Williamsburg store houses a curated selection of products from brands, Arpenteur, Tender, Kaptain Sunshine, Phigvel and Howlin, which have each worked with The Hill-Side for several years through Hickoree’s.

Brothers, Emil and Sandy Corsillo founded The Hill-Side in 2009. The Brooklyn-based brand rose to popularity for its Japanese selvedge accessories. The brand currently offers apparel and accessories including, shirts, jeans, tailoring, wallets, sunglasses and sneakers. This year, the Corsillo brothers were named as two of GQ’s 2015 Best New Menswear Designers in America with David Hart, Stampd and NSF.
The Hill-Side flagship store is located at 263 South 1st St. in Brooklyn.
