Ahead of the launch of its first Paris store set for rue Saint-Honoré, American label Tory Burch is moving into French department store Galeries Lafayette. Opening an 18 square meter pop-up store this Tuesday April 1, the brand will bring a selection of ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewellery and other accessories to the French capital.

The pop-up will remain open until mid-May when Tory Burch will then open a more permanent residence at the department store with the installation of its first concession, measuring 28 square meters.

"Paris has always been one of my favorite cities. There is inspiration everywhere, whether it’s from art and culture or the elegance of Parisians,” said Tory Burch, CEO and artistic director. We’re excited to open this first shop in Galeries Lafayette before launching a larger space on rue Saint-Honoré in 2015," she said.

With a presence in Rome and London, Tory Burch expects to roll out its first French flagship next year, located at 412 on the citiy's famed rue Saint-Honoré.

As it celebrates its 10th anniversary, the label currently operates approximately 120 stores worldwide and is sold in almost 1,000 multi-brand outlets and department stores.
