Under Armour names new Managing Director of Europe and SVP of Corporate Communications

Under Armour this week named Massimo Baratto as Vice President and Managing Director of Europe and Kelley McCormick as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, a new position for the company.
 

Baratto will be based in Amsterdam, and will be responsible for growing brand awareness and strategic partnerships.

He brings almost 30 years of experience in international business to the Baltimore-based company, having most recently served as CEO of Oberalp Group, an international distributor of Speedo, Spyder, and Under Armour among other brands.

McCormick joins Under Armour from SKDKnickerbocker, where she served as Managing Director at the communications agency’s Washington DC office. The 20-year veteran will operate out of the Under Armour headquarters in Baltimore and will lead global corporate communications.
 
Prior to announcing these appointments, Under Armour named Michael La Guardia SVP, Digital Product, replacing MyFitnessPal co-founders Mike and Albert Lee, and named David Bergman the Chief Financial Officer. Bergman previously served as interim CFO since February 2017.
