Victoria's Secret and Suit Supply join Brickell City Centre tenants
Swire Properties Inc. announced on Wednesday that Victoria’s Secret and Suit Supply are headed to Brickell City Centre this fall. The two brands will open at the shopping center in November alongside Bath & Body Works, Stitched and Pinko, which were also announced.
Brickell City Centre announced that over 80 retailers will open stores this November including Saks Fifth Avenue, which will serve as an anchor tenant and occupy three floors of the development. The most recent retailers that have been announced include Armani, Intermix, Reiss and Orlebar Brown.
"It is a sensational time for retail at Brickell City Centre in anticipation of the grand opening this November. The majority of the retail center is almost entirely leased with tenants beginning to outfit their individual stores," said Debora Overholt, vice president of retail at Swire Properties. "The combination of signing on well-known, contemporary brands such as Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works with high-end men's fashion brands like Stitched and Suit Supply broadens our shoppers' access to a diverse selection of retailers in addition to luxury and first-time international brands."
The shopping mall will house luxury brands on its street-accessible first floor and the remaining premium and contemporary retailers, and beauty, home décor, jewelry and apparel brands will be located on the second and third floors.
The Brickell City Centre tenant list includes Valentino, Coach, Ted Baker, Giuseppe Zanotti, Bally, La Perla, Diptyque, IRO and Agent Provocateur among others.
