Vivienne Westwood collaborates with Johnstons of Elgin

Vivienne Westwood and fine woollens brand Johnstons of Elgin have worked together on a special collection of MacAndreas tartan accessories.

The Autumn Winter 2016/17 range, manufactured by Johnstons of Elgin in Scotland, pays homage to the brand’s iconic MacAndreas tartan, which was designed for the AW 1993/94 Anglomania collection and is named after Vivienne’s husband and long term design partner, Andreas Kronthaler.

The 5-piece edit includes a traditional MacAndreas blue lambswool throw as well as cashmere stoles and scarves in both the navy and orange tartan colour-ways.

All five products are exclusive to Vivienne Westwood boutiques in London, Milan, Paris, New York and Tokyo. They will be also available online with prices ranging from £150 to £225.
