Who's Next signs partnership with CFDA

Published

This summer, WSN Développement (Who's Next) took a road trip through the United States to convince U.S. retailers to come visit its Paris fair. The organizer also wants to persuade American designers to come to Paris to exhibit.

Thursday, it was preparing to sign a partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). The partnership involves a competition for young American "emerging talents" who are members of the CFDA, offering them a chance to exhibit at the Parisian event.

Prizes for five designers will be awarded. Participants’ lines must be distributed in the United States to ensure that they have good commercial presence, but they cannot yet be distributed internationally.
