The multinational retailer has announced the launch of a premium outdoor destination curated by Moosejaw on its website, the first storefront to be opened on Walmart’s e-commerce platform by an acquired brand.
The outdoor clothing company has successfully completed a financial restructuring deal, reducing its debt by 225 million euros. As part of the deal, a group of lenders will become its new majority owners.
