Following a few days of rumor, the news is now official. The Diane von Furstenberg brand announced on its Twitter feed late Wednesday night that fashion executive Sandra Campos will take the reins as its new CEO.
Ascena Retail Group announced its holiday results with quarterly comp sales down 3%. Teen retailer Justice was the only brand that posted positive comps, up 4%. The company has, however, reaffirmed its 2018 forecast.
French investor Eurazeo, which has major holdings in Moncler and Desigual, wants more fashion investments after launching Eurazeo Brands, to expand into "European and US brands with international growth potential."
