French shoe brand Clergerie has opened a new boutique in New York on Madison Ave. To celebrate the opening, a preview of the SS18 collection designed by new creative director David Tourniaire-Beauciel will debut.
The shoe of the season was not on any runway in Western Europe this month, but could rather be found sitting on a stand on rue St Honoré. Its author: David Tourniaire-Beauciel, creative director of Robert Clergerie.
The footwear brand, having recently recruited Perry Oosting as CEO, has announced the arrival of David Tourniaire-Beauciel as creative director. He succeeds Roland Mouret, who will instead be focusing on his own label.
