The Italian textile and luxury menswear group has bought a 65% stake in the Dondi group, a local producer of high-end knitwear. Dondi’s management will retain creative and operational control over the company.
Designers chose to host their runways in the most unexpected places on Sunday, like Sunnei, which unveiled its collection among the giant pillars holding up a motorway, and Palm Angels, which opted to show in the metro.
Milan has lost Prada, MSGM and N°21. Giorgio Armani, however, will be there in force, both opening and closing the event, which welcomes four new names: Youser, David Catalan, Edithmarcel and Miguel Vieira.
