Moschino- Fashion Show Ready to Wear Spring-Summer 2016 in Milan (with interview)

Fashion in construction for Moschino! A stage cluttered with signs and even a carwash takes centre stage. A building fashion concept for Jeremy Scott, who’s been working to put the Moschino house on the right track for two years now. In any case, once again there is a huge crowd at the entrance waiting to see the show thrown by this designer who loves exuberance and fun! Here the upbeat vibe reigns. Jeremy Scott proposes a glamorous and elegant fashion with a range of small tailor suits accompanied by shirts with a fluorescent pussy-bow collar (yellow/orange) decorated with reflective piping, highlighting the garment. Extensive silhouettes, dresses tightened to the size. All the symbols of the construction site are stolen and are funnily reinterpreted in the clothes. Coloured feathered dresses close the show. The models, head protected by a yellow safety helmet accessorized by a veil, pass through moving rollers that blow out bubbles, for a very striking finale and applauded by the designer’s numerous guests and fans.Interview from - Jeremy Scott :It’s really about trying to see how I can bring these street urban elements and all the construction, stuff going on, and all the tape, and the signs and put that in a chic couture way, and of course being very playful for the finale, and have these car wash inspired dresses and feathers, with light up signs and all things come to life, and play with that and just make something fun. I feel very blessed to have all the support I do from the Moschino house with Massimo and Alberta Ferretti, I feel like I am in a very good place. I couldn’t have better partners, who are more sophisticated in their ideas, and more playful in their approach, and at the same time so nurturing, and have the ‘know how’ to help me bring my dreams to life.
