JACQUEMUS Show - Women's CollectionAutumn/Winter 2018/19 in Paris

access_time 00:01:43

Designer: simon porte jacquemusinspiration: a collection entitled ‘the souk’. a trip to morocco, or more precisely, to marrakech, where the designer likes to recharge himself. warm tones, full of light, the models smile and the soundtrack invites dancing. collection: fluid, sensual, comfortable. the dresses are pulled on like a djellabah, others are draped at the front. the skirts are slit and tied together. fine knitwear is worn like a second skin, the knitting becomes almost transparent. tailored black trousers are gathered, quite beautiful, whilst a jacket ends as a cape. the tones vary around orange and ochre, earth and desert colours, with touches of blue. to note: the big hats and bucket bags + the announcement worn by the designer himself, written on his sweater, jacquemus has turned to menswear with a first collection expected in june. music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information)
